At Evara Nails, every set of press-on nails is handmade to order, carefully crafted just for you.
Because of the custom-made and hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
No Returns, Refunds, or Cancellations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please ensure you double-check your nail sizes, design, and order details before checkout.
Damaged or Wrong Product Received
We take utmost care while packing and shipping your nails. However, in the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must:

Record a clear 360° unboxing video from the moment you start opening the parcel without any cuts or pauses.

Email or DM us with the video within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team will review the video and determine if the issue qualifies for a replacement.
Please note that Evara Nails reserves the right to deny replacements or claims at any stage, if the proof is found incomplete, edited, or inconsistent.
Why We Don’t Accept Returns
Press-on nails are personal use items and cannot be resold once opened.
Each set is custom-made to your order, so returns or refunds compromise both hygiene and craftsmanship.
